Step 1: Find

Lost item is found by a staff member and scanned with the Fino app

Step 2: Check

Receptionist checks if all personal info is correct and sends a notification to the guest

Step 3: Store

The found item gets stored in a labelled bag and awaits further information

Step 4: Inform

Guest is notified that an item has been found and can choose between three options (Deliver, Dispose or Pickup)

Step 5: Finish

Receptionist is informed about the Guests choice and follows the corresponding steps
